Excellent hotel with excellent service

Marvellous location next to a quiet residential area of Carmel, Indiana. Fashionable room with 2 queen beds. Recently renovated and updated. Close to numerous car dealerships

Nothing apart from the staff who tried very hard to sort out our problems.

Hotel was overbooked and the room type that we had booked via Booked.net was not available. Alternative room was dirty, no bed linen was available for the pull out sofa bed - we had to wait whilst the staff dried some clean sheets and blankets. We were moved for 1 night but could not keep the room for the following two nights. When we arrived at 10p.m. the following night to collect the keys for the alternative room that we were given, we found that the room had not been cleaned since the previous guests and the hotel had no clean bed linen available. The staff tried to find us alternative accommodation which proved to be very difficult as all the hotels in the are were fully booked. We spoke via telephone to the hotel manager who promised us that they would refund the money we had paid for the previous night's stay and thy would also refund the money we paid for the following 2 nights at an alternative hotel if we emailed a copy of the receipts on our return home. We did this several days ago and to date we have not even had the courtesy of a reply. Disgusting!

Thank you for a great stay. Excellent hotel overall, is has excellent service and pleasant location in a business park area. The room is quiet, stylish comes with kitchen, queen bed plus recliner.

Property was great and excellent, we loved this place.

It was based in new building in a pleasant location, to the convenience store. And we were next to car dealerships and Indianapolis.

The hotel is in a very quiet area, super close to the tournament as well as many excellent restaurants, numerous car dealerships, and great shopping. The restaurant serves Irish cuisine dishes.

Gen. Mgr Sue was friendly and kind to discount our horrible stay.

Bed was uncomfortable; towels were like sandpaper; air conditioner was noisy--sounded like an alarm all night long; "grab & go" breakfast didn't have any drinks--not water or milk and coffee maker was broken; water tasted horrible out of sink; water pressure in shower was lame; comfort-er was not comfort-able. We told staff about A/C but unable to fix within our 3 night stay.

The hotel offered good rates. Everything was great, we had a quiet 2 days here. The employees were very, very nice and kept it all clean. Its location near the convenience store was pleasant.

the staff could have been friendly. that would have made us feel welcome. the office looked like a trailer park. the breakfast is a total joke. we forgot how much we detested extendedstay last year in charleston.

Big room, free coffe and tea, quiet location

Far away from center but everything you need is near: gas station with supermarket, several restaurants and etc.

The staff here was super friendly and really looked out for me. The location was awesome, right near shops, eateries, and a bunch of car lots. 🌟 Best part was, the lake was just a quick 15-minute stroll away. Great spot!

Absolutely overpriced! The furnishings are old and beat up, and there were no amenities. I believe the hotel took advantage of charging nearly $200 per night because there were tournaments in town......truly a shame for what was provided.

Basement accommodations felt unsafe with thin glass windows, had bug on nightstand, stepped in dog poop at the side entrance, major plumbing leak through the ceiling in bathroom onto all of my toiletries, woke to gushing water at 5am.
